  1. What does our fueling process look like?

  • You place fuel delivery order on our APP.

  • You receive notification to leave gas door on vehicle propped open on day of delivery.

  • Mobile Fuel Tech comes and fills your vehicle.

  • Gas door is closed once vehicle has been filled up.

  • A receipt is sent to your email.

 

  1. What types of fuel do we deliver?

We currently offer the following fuel:

  • Clear Diesel (Undyed).
  • Gasoline (87 Regular).

 

  1. What areas of Saskatoon do we deliver to?

 Please check our APP to see if your area is serviced.

 

  1. How do we find where your vehicle is parked?

We are able to locate your vehicle based off the description and the location pin you provide in our APP.

 

  1. Do we do partial fills?

No, when we fill your vehicle it will be filled full.

 

  1. How do I know when gas has been delivered to my vehicle?

You will be sent a notification through our APP.

 

  1. How do I pay for fuel?

Payments can be made securely via the Prairie Pump APP using major credit/debit cards. All transactions are encrypted for your security. Once we fill your vehicle with fuel, your credit card will be charged and you will be sent a receipt.

 

  1. What is the cost of fuel and delivery?

  • The price of our fuel is comparable to other gas stations in your area. Prices for that day can be found on our APP.

  • There is a small fee for our delivery and service. No hidden fees.

 

  1. Do we deliver to underground parking lots?

No, we are not permitted to do so.

 

  1. Do I need to be present at my vehicle when it is being refueled?

No, we are a contactless mobile fuel service.

 

  1. How do you measure the amount of gas going into my vehicle?

Our fuel transfer equipment is certified for trade and calibrated according to the federal government standards to ensure you receive the same volume accuracy that you would at any gas station.
